Basilica for the feast of Guadalupe and found this hotel to be safe, clean, and quiet. The breakfast was plentiful, and staff were friendly and helpful. However, the pillows could use some improvement.

I stayed for 3 nights in a Double Room with Two Double Beds. The location is close to a major supermarket and about a 45-minute walk to the Basilica. Breakfast is plentiful and varied. Staff are friendly, quick to refill food, and very helpful. 😊

Every morning, the friendly staff greeted us with warm smiles and fresh watermelon at breakfast. Their tips made exploring the area a joy.

However, the room lacked basic amenities like a microwave. The daily supplies of shampoo and toilet paper were stingy, requiring frequent requests.

Cleanliness of the common areas could use improvement!!! The management should consider adding a swimming pool and jacuzzi!!! Front desk staff need more training for guest inquiries and amenities information!!! Room service is stingy with supplies!!!

The room layout in the Queen Room provides a comfortable space for a couple, making it easy to move around without feeling cramped. Conveniently situated next to a supermarket, grabbing essentials proved to be hassle-free, no need for any wild adventures looking for snacks.

Breakfast left something to be desired. while cheese appeared on the first morning, it disappeared on subsequent days. Cereal served in cups instead of bowls felt more like a creative choice than a practical one, especially during peak breakfast hours, with limited options for juice making it feel sparse.

We had a nice time here for 3 nights! The location is super convenient, with Walmart just a 15-min walk. Breakfast was tasty, and the staff helped my kid with her school project using their computers. Just wish the TV apps worked better, and our room was a bit noisy from the lobby.

Had an amazing time with friends! We visited the fun outlet shopping center and enjoyed the local food scene. The staff were super friendly, making our stay nice and easy. Just keep in mind the breakfast options can run out quickly, so get there early!

I didn’t speak much of the language, but she made everything clear and easy. The breakfast was delightful, and the kitchen staff was friendly, especially Rachel, who was incredibly helpful. I felt welcomed by the cleaners, too. they always had a smile. The driver made it easy to reach the Basilica each morning at 8 AM on time. The hotel's location close to transport options was a major plus, very convenient. However, I noticed a persistent faint smell of smog. Some pillows were too soft for my liking, and unfortunately, the staff did not respond to my request for firmer ones. The food was good, but I felt the service at the food bar lacked friendliness. One server had an attitude when I asked for more food. My room was adequately clean, but it could have used a thorough vacuuming rather than just towel exchanges. Overall, the kindness of the staff really made my stay enjoyable, despite some hiccups.
